Other possible causes of this error are excessive materialized views. Materialized views are, in effect, a trigger that runs when a block is inserted into a table. This technique is often used to accelerate certain queries by precomputing aggregations at INSERT time. Users can create these materialized views, potentially resulting in many parts. Generally, we recommended that users create views while being aware of the costs and consolidate them where possible.
